This is an example of an Email Triggered campaign that took place in Houston, TX after Hurricane Harvey.
What they wanted:
* Increased engagement from their sales relief packages
* New hero image to increase customer acquisition through driving awareness + engagement
* Two car sales offers
* Banner ad at the bottom for 0% financing
Results:
This email performed better than their previous emails.
Customer engagement during email sends:
* +20% Page visits
* +10% Item adds
* They got an email showcasing the new lineup of cars for sale during that quarter along with their charity initiatives 
* The metrics were handled by a teammate who told me that it was a financially successful email and it resulted in me getting an award from the company for providing outstanding customer service 
* The email was used as a template moving forward for other dealers in that tri-state area, so I was the go-to designer on the team for this email template

This design met all brand guidelines and standards as well as a 10% increase in redemption rates…and increased quarterly click-through rates by up to 20%; which helped me achieve the Top Performer award and Shining Star Award Winner in my department.
