All-hands meetings are a regular company-wide gathering at Amazon to allow all employees and stakeholders to meet with the leadership, aka Jeff Bezos. It's a pretty large event! Its goal is to share business updates of the past month or quarter, celebrate milestones and the people who made them possible. How this funnels down to employees in fulfillment centers is through their managers where they all watch the All Hands together with Jeff Bezos, go over their unique All Hands to their specific site which is created/edited from this PowerPoint template to open up communication space for a Q&A with their managers and leaders.
