Test Report Mock-up with Legend Keys
This mock report is how I interpreted Dunwoody Labs analysis of their Dietary Interpretive Testing. The goals of the deliverable were to have a print ready mock report to be developed and visually relayed with legend keys so physicians and patients alike can easily translate their results.
